Child Safety Standards

1. Our commitment to child safety

Atlas Connections is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, trafficking, solicitation of minors, and any behaviour or content that endangers children.

2. Prohibited content and behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Atlas Connections:

• Uploading, sharing, storing, requesting, promoting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, or exploitative communication involving minors
• Human trafficking or any attempt to exploit, endanger, or abuse children
• Impersonation, age misrepresentation, or deceptive behaviour intended to facilitate exploitation

3. Reporting and enforcement

Atlas Connections provides in-app tools that allow users to report accounts, content, messages, or behaviour that may violate our safety standards.

Users can also report child safety concerns directly by contacting safety@atlasconnections.co.

We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, and take any other action we consider necessary to protect users and uphold child safety standards.

4. Child safety point of contact

Atlas Connections maintains a designated child safety point of contact for reports and notices relating to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Atlas Connections complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Where appropriate, Atlas Technologies (Pty) Ltd may report child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or related unlawful conduct to law enforcement, regulators, or relevant child protection authorities.

6. Platform scope

Atlas Connections is a culture-first, identity-led connection platform for adults aged 18 and over.

Use of Atlas Connections by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited.
